Teacher Connect Room

The Teacher Connect Room (TCR) is a virtual space where students can drop in for real-time help with coursework, questions, or general support — no appointment needed.

 

Upon enrollment, all students receive access to TCR support. It is staffed by BVA teachers during designated hours each school day and offers a direct line to support when you need it most.

Teacher Connect Room Hours:

 

Monday–Thursday, 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. (closed Wednesdays 1:00-3:00 p.m.) Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.

When you join, a teacher will greet you and ask what you need help with. You might get support working through a specific assignment, clarification on course content, help navigating your online courses, or just a chance to check in with a familiar face. Sessions are informal and student-paced: stay as briefly or as long as you need.

We encourage you to use the Teacher Connect Room whenever you are stuck, have a question, or simply want some extra support along the way.
